Persimmon Bistro Reopening

Good news for local foodies and lovers of good drink...Persimmon Bistro, located in the Palm Springs Art Museum will be reopening March 3rd. Chef Art Vasquez and his team are back in full swing with their beautiful bounty of food and drinks for your enjoyment (safely served out in the patio). Since we haven't been able to visit for some time, damn you Covid, or it's your first time, as always you'll be delighted with their food menu: wood fired pizza, sharable plates, salads, and Arts famous pozole rojo soup.'

That's just the half of it. They have an eclectic selection of drinks to help complete the perfect circle. At the bar, the Bistro has five California craft beers as well as Rebel Chardonnay on

tap. For the fun and curious drinker they have wine cocktails and a large selection Vermouth (white and red), Amaros, Ports, Sherry and Madera to tickle your fancy. And of course you know they have a awesome selection of wine featuring the 2018 Ampelos Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir (my favorite region for Cali Pinot), and the 2017 Wiens Family Cellars Red Blend just to name a couple. If you want some bubbly to brighten your day, enjoy one of their many selections like a split of Astoria Prosseco or a bottle Monasteriolo Cava. Coming this April, there will be bottomless Rose' on the menu as well (yum). See all their gems on the menu online at PersimmonBistro.com. Hours are Wednesday-Sunday 11am-6pm (closed Mon.-Tues).
