Eddie V's, The Venue

In the shadows of the Santa Rosa Mountains, lies one of the hottest venues to hit the desert this year and we're not talking about global warming. We're talking Eddie V's, Palm Desert. As you approach the entrance, you'll notice the sparkling flames defining the outdoor patios, enticing one to eat outside and watch while the world goes by on El Paseo Drive. Walking through the doors you immediately notice the glitz and glamour of the interior, lending itself to a feeling of vintage decadence, like you're in a classic movie. To add to this you see a staff lined up beautifully with white tuxedos, reminescent of the first scene of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom or a Sean Connery, James Bond movie. And they're so attentive.

There are three private rooms in the restaurant; The Vault will seat 20, The Oasis seats 8, and The Speak Easy with seating right across from the glass enclosed wine cellar. All rooms are available for private parties for any occasion, for a food and beverage minimum. When you go, check out the chandeliers, they are artistic and fun.

And last, but not least, the back patio, alit with torches and a fire pit to bring the coziness of indoors, outdoors. It beckons one to taste a wonderful glass of red wine or their star beverage served table side, the Smoked Old Fashion, it smells like the holiday in a glass. We'll talk about their beverages and food at a later date.
