Penny's OG Dressing

Here's my recipe for an easy and delicious vinaigrette. Its fresh taste can’t be beat by any bottled dressing.

½ Cup Olive Oil

½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar

2 pinches of salt, grated pepper (as much as you like)

garlic powder & onion powder to taste (a pinch or two)

a pinch of oregano (crush between your fingers)

and for the finale some grated Parm/Romano or a Gran Padono Cheese.

Shake it all together and refrigerate. You may need to take it out of the frig before pouring it on a fun mixture of Endive and Arugula with some Trader Joe's raw milk crumbled blue cheese. Enjoy
